The Production Supervisor assists in overseeing production and packaging in the plant facility. The Production Supervisor supervises the operation of workers and equipment in the production and packaging area, while applying learned knowledge of processes involved and production methods.
Oversee and supervise the daily operations of all production and packaging lines and systems.

The role
Our team in Weyauwega, WI is looking for their newest team member in the Whey department - a Whey Operator I. Operate Lactose System & Crystallizers including their start-up, shutdown, required CIP, and performing necessary hourly readings and Packaging.
Operate Reduce Lactose Dryer & Finisher.
Operate the Evaporator, HTST, Separators and Filtration Equipment.
Operate the system and polisher for functions including the start-up, shutdown, CIP, and hourly readings.
Clean in Place (CIP) the tanks, silos and line circuits as required.
Perform all laboratory sample tests in conjunction with our QA team, as required.
Load and unload Dry Cargo trailers in all varieties of weather.
Also load and unload Tanker Trucks in any variety of weather.
Safely and efficiently operate a Lift Truck.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager of External Warehousing Operations, the Logistic Technician plays a key role in managing inbound, outbound, and order shipments to external warehouses using various systems.
Working closely with the Inventory and Transportation teams, the role ensures transaction accuracy, lot allocation, and follow-up on uncollected orders. The levers through which you will make an impact:
The Inventory Analyst plays a key role in the strategic and operational alignment of the supply chain. Acting as a link between S&OP plans and their execution, the role supports the daily operations of distribution centers and represents the team in daily meetings. The Inventory Analyst is also responsible for analyzing and implementing inventory optimization strategies, particularly with regard to safety stock levels. The Automation Manager is responsible for the daily operation of Automated Systems and Electrical Equipment processes within facility. This position will engage with employees to assist and direct all automated and electrical work methods and procedures.

In this role, the incumbent will actively contribute to the strategic development and growth of the category with a focus on profitability, by supporting the development of strong brands, maximizing the product mix within their portfolio, and delivering the projects under their responsibility.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Fine Cheeses Marketing Manager – Import will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Commercial Strategy, Finance, and Production, as well as with import suppliers. The incumbent will also be responsible for managing and evaluating product line performance, monitoring consumer insights and market dynamics to stay ahead of trends and knowledge, and ensuring budget follow‑up for assigned projects.

How you will contribute to collective success:
Understand and analyze current and future market data and consumer needs to identify market opportunities and make recommendations;
Provide the information required to build business cases supporting new opportunities (market analysis, regulatory considerations, volume/price estimates, marketing support, etc.);
Establish trusted relationships with import suppliers to support the achievement of shared objectives (weekly or monthly communications, performance reports, business reviews, etc.);
Evaluate the performance and positioning of products under their responsibility as well as competitors’ products in order to assess opportunities and risks and present recommendations;
Receive and review new product requests from suppliers and formulate recommendations based on feasibility, complexity, and profitability potential;
Lead cross‑functional teams as a project manager for assigned mandates (new products, portfolio optimization/simplification, etc.) and act as the main point of contact between departments (Sales, Finance, Production, etc.);
Coach and develop the Import Assistant Marketing Manager;
Manage the product life cycle, including launches, delistings, and/or portfolio optimization;
Contribute to the development of annual marketing plans;
Manage assigned budgets.

5 to 7 years of experience in brand management and/or consumer product commercialization; experience in dairy products is an asset;
Proven experience in product development and launch;

Your role in achieving results:
Gather, track, review and close process orders in the SAP system.
Research any process order discrepancies.
Ensure the accuracy of the lot and quantity information upon transacting in process orders for the consumption of materials and/or semi-finished goods.
Review of documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Serve as the liaison between the quality and production departments by monitoring OOS production and obtaining rechecks.
Conduct daily checks to ensure the proper reconciliation of HUs between MES and SAP.
Assist with Inventory Control by providing previous knowledge of counts as well as leading End-of-month inventory of finished and semi-finished goods.
Assist with production related process improvements and updates.
Conduct situation analysis, reporting, problem solving and communicate proactively with team members regarding issues.
Participate in daily communication with Planning and Distribution Manager to ensure all relevant information is cascaded to the control tower meetings.
Serve as a backup for Production Schedulers optimizing the production schedules and releasing process orders where necessary.
May fill in for the Warehouse Clerk to assist with releasing of EWM tasks, checking in carriers, and entering in and printing of delivery notes for inbounds.
Understand, operate, and able to train others in SAP, MES system, and RF gun.

What you will put into action:
As part of the Human Capital team, the HR Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Employee Service Center and to the Human Capital team by collecting and organizing information, effectively communicating with internal and external customers or vendors, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.
