The Leave of Absence and Benefits Specialist is responsible for the administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of all US leave of absence programs, with a strong focus on regulatory expertise and employee experience. Your role in achieving results:
Acquire and maintain all documents necessary for regulatory compliance including HACCP/Food Safety documentation.
Assist with preparing documents for audits.
Complete plant inspections and calibrations per SOP frequencies.

The Sanitation Specialist is responsible for leadership, development, and continuous improvement of the site Sanitation Program. Set up area for daily production.

The Quality Control Technician I is responsible for conducting quality control tests to ensure that materials and products meet established standards. Tu débuteras les premières semaines de ton embauche dans un poste de manœuvre afin de te familiariser avec les différents départements. Comment tu contribueras au succès collectif :
Sous la supervision du Responsable du département, le manœuvre doit être en mesure d’accomplir diverses tâches rattachées au département (ex. emballage, grattage, frottage, etc.);
Prépare les aires de travail, selon les tâches planifiées;
Effectue les activités de lavage et de salubrité en respectant les fréquences et les normes de Qualité et d’Hygiène;
Transporte le matériel nécessaire pour effectuer le travail; (panier, claies, boites, sacs, pots, étiquettes, pellicules, etc.);
Transporte les fromages d’un département à l’autre;
Effectue toutes autres tâches connexes (Exemples : ménage, inventaire, etc.).
Le type de joueur ou joueuse qui s’intègre à l’équipe :
Être disponible pour tous les quarts de travail : jour, soir, nuit et fin de semaine (majoritairement de soir et de nuit);
Détenir un diplôme d’étude secondaire (DES) ou l’équivalence de secondaire 5;
Jugement, esprit d’équipe, sens de l’analyse, débrouillardise et habilités manuelles;
Être motivé à évoluer et à se développer au sein de l’entreprise;
Expérience en usine alimentaire (atout);
Connaissances HACCP et SST (atout);
Expérience chariot élévateur (atout).
Prendre note, que le candidat ou la candidate devra réussir un test de mathématique et logique mécanique pour l'obtention du poste.
